ADVANCED PROGRAMME

For persons who have already attended one of Ledarstudion’s programmes, we can offer an advanced programme where you can take the next step to improve your communication skills. We have two advanced subjects, rhetoric and creativity, which you can take independently and in no predetermined order. As in our basic programmes, you will be challenged, evaluated and encouraged by our leadership developers and voice and body coaches. You have the opportunity to continue with exploratory skills training, aiming to gain an even deeper self-awareness!

Rhetoric

Communication is rhetoric. The basic programme you attended comprised a number of specific rhetoric tools, but there is so much more to rhetoric! We spend two days working with classical rhetorical concepts and the seven fundamental steps to transform thought into speech. You will be part of a very small group and will have the opportunity to work on your own speeches.
With so few participants, you will have plenty of opportunity to repeat and go into detail on parts of what you have learned during our basic programme.
We study rhetoric in detail and the participants play a central role. How do you communicate and convince your listeners, what signals are you sending, which aspects of yourself can you develop and utilise even more and how does your rhetoric affect your leadership?

Creativity

Creativity is energy that generates security, productivity and job satisfaction. A large part of the exploratory training we work with involves each individual participant finding their own creativity. This two-day advanced programme allows you to explore in detail what happens when you, in the safe environment of the group, jump in at the deep end without any requirements on performance or any limitations.
How does your creativity take shape, what is a creative idea in your world and which daily habits can you break so you can gain more self-awareness? Creativity training opens your mind to new paths and ideas, laying the foundations for both self-insight, presence, innovation and more efficient meetings. You will also have the opportunity to explore problem-solving, decision-making and creative organisations.
