This program provides you with tools and practical training to strengthen your communication style, develop your leadership, and build the courage to act with confidence, clarity, and impact in all types of interactions – whether with one person, a few, or many.
About the program – From WHAT to HOW
Leading in Complexity offers development through individual coaching for leaders at all levels who want to strengthen their communication and leadership. The content of the program is grounded in theories from social psychology, oraganizational psychology, and leadership theory – but the main focus is on practical training supported by personalized feedback from your two coaches, based on your individual challenges.
Through experiential exercises, tools, feedback and reflections, you strengthen your ability to:
- Lead yourself and others with greater awareness and focus, through using your own values, driving forces and personal communication style
- Feel confident and clear in all kinds of meetings, and get your messages across effectively in all challenging situations
- Build trust and relationships through listening actively, and adapting your communication to different contexts and situations
- Understand differences and perspectives on communication style, driving forces and needs of other people
