The Integrated Leadership is Ledarstudion’s most exclusive and comprehensive program, spanning an entire year and targeting senior-level leaders like yourself. Our goal is for you to always be perceived as comprehensible, interesting, and inspiring. Reduce entrenched patterns and any personal communication discomfort.

Leadership is communication

Here, you’ll develop a communicative leadership style that provides meaning, inspiration, and coherence in the world around you, stimulating people’s motivation and drive. You’ll train and develop your ability to communicate through a values-driven leadership approach, create a strong corporate culture, understand the art of storytelling, and work on creative vision and strategy development.

Move others with your leadership

Train your personal communication style, expressiveness, urgency, and ability to create connection and credibility through a clear presence. We often say that people don’t easily remember what you say, but they remember the feeling you create in them.

As a participant, you’ll train with our uniquely certified leadership developers, voice and movement educators, and some of Sweden’s foremost actors who together provide you with challenging and appreciative feedback throughout all exercises.

Personal coaching at work

In The Integrated Leadership, you’ll train here in our scenically equipped studios in a small exclusive group. You’ll also receive individual coaching from our leadership developers and acting coaches.

Individual coaching takes place both at our facility on Hälsingegatan and at your workplace. We do this to observe your rhetorical expression in all types of meetings, personal conversations to large gatherings, both internal, external, and in the media. This way, we can ensure that you get the most out of your communication training.
